Lipstick Splurge: NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Lodhi

3

Sometime ago, I told you from this post that I have bought three products from NARS. Today, I would like to feature this beautiful Satin Lip Pencil, in a Vibrant Coral shade, called Lodhi.

From Nars:

This season NARS’ new Satin Lip Pencil dresses up lips in statement shades that seduce with rich, color-bright pigments while drenching them in decadent moisture. A modern, long-wearing, vitamin-enriched formula in a jumbo pencil format to provide great wear and intense color with a satin finish. Use for lining, all-over lip color, or pairing with another lip product.

  • High-impact intense color
  • Convenient, easy and precise application

Artist’s Tips:

“Line the lip with Rosebud Lip Liner Pencil then fill in the rest of the lip with Lodhi Satin Lip Pencil. Finish the look with a touch of Orgasm Lip Gloss in the center of the lips for a beautiful blend of coral and peach with a hint of sparkle.”—Shayna Shapiro, Lead Trainer

Very travel-friendly, and application is so easy! It glides very smoothly on my lips, and then, sets.

It can be a bit drying, so I suggest to put on a thin layer of lip balm first. It is also best to exfoliate the lips so that it won’t settle on lines.

I bought this from NARS boutique at Glorietta, for Php 1,450.00. (about $33).

Will I repurchase? Hmmm, not really. I wanted a more moisturizing lip product, and I want to try other lip products and brands.

Hope you find this post helpful, and be back for more of my makeup quests.

Stay Gorgeous!
